horrible workers I was going to refund my meta quest till they said no because the meta quest itself when i bought it the charging port was faulty I didn?t think much of it till i had it for 3 months then when I put the meta quest charger in for an hour and when i saw the meta quest the charger port was burnt i told them it was their fault because their charger was faulty and they said no we can?t take this for a refund it isn?t our fault 290 pound wasted

Bought a PS5 here 6 months ago and the disc drive stopped working so took it up they ran a test seen there was a fault and replaced it there and then took about an hour in total absolutely brilliant service, staff are super helpful and friendly well impressed

My 10 year old son went in with his Nintendo Wii that was boxed and in perfect condition, they took it for inspection and when he went back to collect it an hour later they said they lost the box and was offering way too less for it, disgusting behaviour to steal from a child and tell him lies, avoid at all costs ?

It's Ok. Prices are high and you're better off most of the time getting what you need second hand on FB marketplace or any of the buy and sell sites.
