I ordered a funeral wreath online with Central Florist from England to be delivered to my sister in law?s funeral in Northern Ireland. I attended the funeral and saw the flowers that had been delivered, they were absolutely beautiful, the arrangement itself was stunning & the flowers were fresh and healthy. Thank you so much Central Florist for the beautiful wreath and the fantastic service I received. I cannot recommend this florist enough and would definitely use them again.

What a service! The staff in here are outstanding i went in today for a bunch of flowers, with a fresh delivery just in, they had in made the bouquet in very little time. They are so considerate of people having difficulty parking nearby they brought the flowers out to me. Fantastic, simply fantastic! Highly recommend!

Excellent service and beautiful arrangement. I ordered a funeral spray online, at 5.30pm the night before the funeral...this is very last minute and I was worried, but the girls in Central florist went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. Will never go to another florist. Highly recommended 10/10

Greqt selection of flowers but the woman behind the counter was lovely and when she found out the potted plant was for my mother's birthday she insisted on wrapping it up and putting it in a lovely bag.I will certainly return here please don't go past go in for a nosey and a chat.

I have purchased and received flowers from this store and always delighted with them. Delivered on time and so fresh you'd think they were picked that morning. Staff are so friendly and helpful too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just can't fault them. They make beautiful posey's for the graves, for which l am very grateful. I live in England so order by phone, but the photos I get from my cousins are beautiful and demonstrate the trust that I have in them and why - when I order, they do their absolute best. I ordered two lovely bunches of flowers to two of my friends as a surprise to thank them for helping me though a difficult time. I had made the order before my work shift and just in tiime for the same day delivery. After work I was expecting "you shouldnt have Louise!" text or call from both my friends, however only one had text me and I had a lot of missed calls from the florist.Turns out I had made a blooper with my 2nd friends address and the delivery person had went to 3 different houses numberd 2 in and around the address I had wrongly gave to them that morning .. I apologised hugely as felt awful both for the delivery person and the 3 people who thought they were getting a lovely bunch flowers but really were not.Long story short.. Having it been after 6 before I could return the missed calls and fix the address which was actually number "4" the florist explained that is would the next day before the flowers would be sent out. Which was totally acceptable and understandable. However to my surprise shortly after 8pm the same evening my friend called me thanking me for the lovely flowers. I was delighted and overly appreciative as the owner had decided to go out of her way and deliver the flowers to the correct address on her way home from work that evening.I rang and thanked the lady the next day as this was a a mistake on my behalf, however she insisted that it was no problem at all.I was very pleased with this effort of customer service and I know I would not get this anywhere else in Newry.Definitely recommend and will use again.
