I bought a place v close to harbour bar.. 3 years now. I've been in for food a few times and now and then the odd cheeky drink to bring back to my apartment. But I just feel after tonight I just gotta leave a review. I've never felt comfortable going in. I just dont feel welcome. On occasions when ive been for food its good...but staff aren't very friendly. I've also been to the south Promenade side of the business and had a bad experience too...I honestly don't understand the great reviews? I'm a nice person I always treat people well??? Is it just bad luck for me. I just haven't had a one good experience in this place. So sad. Il keep trying. But after 3 years I don't think its gonna change.

Great spot for dinner and drinks. Staff super friendly and food is top quality. I highly recommend it.

Didn't stay went 4 a quiz nite that was cancelled without notice..No reason given when asked..so DOUBLE check be fore going..

We needed a comfortable stay during our roundtrip with food nearby. All excellently met. Very warm and friendly welcome - cozy rooms in an old house definitively on the better side of craftsmanship and good food just downstairs.

Went for food tonight seen they had what i thought was a special offer on for curry night saying two courses for 22 pounds which i thought was brilliant the food came it was rotten the garlic naan bread we ordered wasent even cooked it was taken out of the packaging with a bit of butter put onit then the bombay potatoes weren't Bombay at all don't know what they were also they were under cooked . Not enough chicken in the korma either wouldn't call it a korma more like a veggie curry as there was more veg than chicken .. So yes disappointing and as for the 22pounds that says on there menu for two courses turned out it was 22pounds each which wasent made clearly on the menu as it says 22 pounds not saying each beside it or anywhere else on the menu wouldn't go back for food at all tbh worst curry I've ever eaten wouldn't recommend .

Food and prices great. Downside we ordered drinks and were brought the wrong drinks. Mentioned it to the waitress,she said nothing i can do now! Disappointing as there was 4 of us out for my birthday and we eat here regularly.

Restaurant and bar: Great place to have lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking spaces at the back. The bar itself comprises several, more than 3, differently styled and served areas, some with panoramic view of the marina. Very tasty food, and the staff know the menu. A walk-in dinner for two on a Saturday evening is very do-able, despite the place being quite busy. Hotel: We did not stay in the hotel, cannot comment on the rooms.

We had really great burgers and lovely beers on the terrace with beautiful views over the bay. This place is also very dog friendly.

From the starter to the main course we couldn?t get to eat the food as there was flys all over the place. I made a member of staff no about this and I was told it?s because the time of year and because we ordered sea food.

After a long day, myself and family where looking somewhere to eat, it was getting late and after 8pm on a Sunday the odds of us finding anywhere other than a takeaway were against us, until we found this wee gem!
Staff were amazing, a real credit to the place, so friendly and accommodating!
The FOOD WAS AMAZING! Best quality of food and meat in a restaurant in a long time, location was just beautiful and we were able to watch the sunset and enjoy a lovely meal. My daughter loved her kids meal as well, a lovely roast and ice cream to finish.
We will 100% be back. Found our go to place!

My husband and I had dinner tonight at The Harbour House Restaurant. He had the Chicken Stack, I had the Turkey & Ham. Both were absolutely gorgeous. Staff were all lovely. Didn't have to wait very long for our food. Pricing was good. Nice cosy atmosphere, fantastic views. Good parking. We'll be back. Will definitely be recommending it to our family & friends. ?????
