“I had laminate flooring and carpet laid last August, very reasonable prices and the staff were extremely pleasant.A little while back a friends pup peed on a section, it was wiped up immediately and i put lemon juice on it to deter it from doing it again.Unfortunately the combo of pee and lemon made the join warp.I called today to check if they still had the same flooring in stock, preparing to buy a new box but they not only searched for my details but offered me 2 free spare planks and delivered them to my door, all in the space of 1 hour.That is how to run a business and have happy customer's, I have a few more rooms to do and although I was going to use their services again anyway after how helpful they were today I'll be recommending them to everyone.
