Staff always brilliant when I'm in visiting the area. Currently storming with a long walk in front of me, went in and asked if they sold umbrellas, was told unfortunately not but a member of staff on the till wearing glasses hunted me out one that had been sitting in lost property for ages and gave me it. I'm very grateful to him.
