It was actually very good place to stop for a quit refuel, kids are eating this food sometimes. I was happy with the service as well.

Came in with friends to order food, told us sit in was closed so we stood up went around the way to order food then got told that the floor was clean? we were confused as this shop doesn?t close till after 7? It would?ve been okay if the worker came up to us and said nicely can you move over there because i cleaned the floor. Although this was not the case she was very rude about it practically demanding us to move so we ended up leaving. I myself have also got food poisoning from eating here. not to mention the staff don?t usually wear gloves when making your order. The worker stormed out after us after we mentioned that the service is bad, she kept going over and over the fact the floor is clean the floor is clean. we walked off and found somewhere else that has better service and is way nice about treating customers. Adults walking into a food place and got treated like children. This woman was also very hard to understand so we also couldn?t hear what she was saying. Place is dark and gloomy definitely won?t be back until there is a new staff team. she wouldn?t even come to us and be like would you like to order? like any food place does. she continued to close the sandwich bar and still tell us off. don?t waste your money here will never be back ??

The service I got here was absolutely awful. The staff were really disrespectful I was honestly shocked. Entered with my friends and we waited in line to order, then we got told off for walking on "clean floors" even though its 2 hours before closing time. Left because of the disrespect and a staff member followed us out yelling at us. Really disappointing never come here, staff also don't use gloves when serving which is the reason my friend got food poisoning.

Before i could even order food, I was getting told off by one of the staff members for walking in the restaurant??? She was bossy and disrespectful for no reason, so I left the restaurant.

Very bad customer service got told off for literally walking around couldve asked me to nicely stand in one place. I proceeded to leave based off of the negative atmosphere and one of the female workers then proceeded to follow me out and yell at me for standing around the floor where they cleaned which is fair enough but at least be nice about it. I came here for 2 mins to get a cookie and had to leave basically straight away. Not to mention the time i got a 6 inch chicken tikka sub and got food poisoning from it. Don?t recommend going here unless the staff get fired.

Its not a wonder why this place is always completely empty. I know the owners have to charge, in general, what the other subways charge but £16 for 2 6 inch subs and 3 cookies is absolutely shocking. I will not be back

Thought it was strange how the prices weren't on display until I got to the till when they asked for £13 for a standard footlong sandwich and a drink. Visit any other regional store and it's less than a tenner. Price gouging at its finest.

It was busy but they had three staff on behind the counter and it was a slick operation.I?ve used here twice recently and been happy both times although the Apple and blackcurrant juice from the machine has been empty.The staff have been friendly as well and patient with a few customers who were pondering and changing their mind in the middle of a really busy period.
