We were there yesterday sunday 16th july my son was getting his own contract, we were served by Ian, he was extremely helpful and so polite nothing was to much bother, and my son walked out happy boy. Thank you Ian.

Walked into store & all staff together talking. I asked for certain person & was told he wasn't there. With no offer of assistance I had to ask " if anyone wanted to help me" the reply was " what's the issue" I said does anyone want to sell me a phone. Finally got sorted but am not impressed with the service at all. This was my first time in years going into shopping centre which was hard enough as I have social anxiety. After this experience I won't be in a hurry back. Not impressed !!!

I picked up a new Samsung S21 in store a few weeks ago and the service was excellent. I was talked through all the steps super clearly so there was no confusion whatsoever. Would definitely recommend popping in-store with O2 ?
