They used to be good. Not the cheapest but good service. I've been a good customer for years but nowadays the service has went down the pan. Got tyre patched last weekend and it was flat when I got home. Rang them and they said come in. I went back today with my elderly mum waited half an hour. No acknowledgment and got totally ignored and other customers skipped the queue and got served. I'll never be back. What a waste of time. Got sorted straight away elsewhere.

First time here and won?t be the last. Absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgable staff. Had a few performance cars in for geometry with some of the big players in NI that have made a real mess of things on me in the past. I was wary, and did a bit of research on the NI car forums for other peoples experiences. All great reviews and anyone who had used JB tyres said they wouldnt go anywhere else so I decided to give them a go. 45min drive to see them today but well worth it. Its like a new car! The staff were all good lads and happy to give you the time of day and talk you through things. Cannot believe the difference having had the geometry done in a few garages previously who made a complete balls of it. JB are second to none. Won?t use anywhere else again. Cheers to Jessie and the boys in the workshop, first class ?
