Terrible company, incapable of fixing my heating on multiple occasions, left me with leaking radiators and no heat for weeks and their office staff are so rude and dismissive. The housing executive need to make them accountable, Terrible company

Absolutely disgusting! Currently isolating,sign on the door. H&A Capped It knowing they'd be closed over bank holiday weekend & I would have no way of contacting them. Disgusting way to treat anyone at the best of times,10x worse when they know someone is ill/isolating & stuck ?. *Update now refusing to do anything at all until negative test which could a week. Happy to leave a customer stranded with nothing for over a week. Vile company.6/10/23 UPDATE: After supplying a faulty boiler h&a are again perfectly happy to leave me stranded for another full week without heat or hot water or even an apology/explanation. No attempt to contact and explain what is going on. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!??

had problem with my oil tank as I stupidly put an envelope with my oil money into the top part of my oil tank but when I closed the lid it slipped down inside it and I had no idea of how to get it back out again so rang housing executive repairs who were rude and useless however Martin from h and a sent out a contractor within 1hour and problem was solved in under 2 mins would definitely recommend this company in the future for heating repairs

They came the day at time. Appart of the annual boiler service the young man have check the gas smell for eventual gas leaking without extra charge. I can recomend this company?

Had gas heating installed 12 years ago got a warm homes grant every single winter since then my heating has broke,I've paid out a lot of money to their engineers and its never been fixed probably, I've been having banging pipes for some years now I'm nearly 69 years of age and this has been causing me a lot of stress, the frost stat won't go off after I switch the heating off when the temperatures are low it keeps firing up so I have to switch the boiler off I paid an electrician from this company to fix it last year now I'm having problems again,I just can't afford to do this all the time.

after agreeing to put my appointment back by a week I thought they would be on time to service my gas boiler, wrong. I waited in all morning on my day off work for no one to arrive and not even a phone call to let me know what was happening. I phoned at 230pm to be told engineer was 10 minutes away and he eventually turned up three quarters of an hour later! Looks like I'll be getting someone else to service my boiler next year.

Excellent service, completed grant work at my parents home. In and out in one day, minimal disruption. Professional, hard working team, worked steady the whole time. Only took 20 minutes for lunch!!Would highly recommend

New gas combi boiler and heating system installed. Team arrived on time, everyone had their job to do. Works completed in 1 day. Very impressed with the work and must pay a special mention to Johnny McWhinney, Gareth, Doogie, Benny Quinn and Tamra who were all amazing. Later had a slight a drip from radiator and they fixed it the very same day it was reported.Services: Water heater installation

Provided a heat relocation service on behalf of NIHE, poor standards of care left screws sticking out of wood which resulted in 2 year old child being injured. Made aware and not even an apology. Poor standards of workmanship poor quality of repairs.On 01.03.22 I had a total loss of service, contacted landlord who sent H and A, when they called to confirm a time for visit the person who spoke with me said she was a manager, refused to say who the engineer was and said my landlord called me rude. Spoke with landlord and promised H and A would call by 5pm today. Its not 6.55 and still no contact. Complaint filed
