Very helpful. Got me on the treadmill with a neutral shoe and showed what my feet do normal. Then we did it with my current asics and his own saconys shoes. I could see the results very easily.Very good comfortable shoe from 1st run, very happy with the experience and the gear. Will def be back againHighly recommend for anyone half serious about running to see what their feet are doing! Best way to prevent injury
