Placed order and was missing stuff they said that they cant deliver back to me missing stuff, then said they only deliver if I pay for deliver which I already did paid for it which is ridiculous

Very poor. Waited nearly an hour for my order in store (sat 9/12/23). Several patrons came in ordered and left in the period in between. Girl on till then checked and rewrote the order so it was clearly lost. No apology given. Very poor service. Will not be returning.

This pagoda literally has the best salt and garlic crispy chicken you will ever put in your mouth it?s my favourite food and i dont understand why this place only has 3 stars it?s absolutely amazing? My favourite place to eat!

Got a big order of 60 pound. Came home and was missing 2 dishes and 1 dish complelty wrong. Took it all the way back in. Front desk took the order down perfectly as read it bck to me. Explained we were missing two dishes and one was wrong. The wrong dish was replaced however the dish ended up being wrong again anyways. Seems to be an issue with the chefs as front desk again took what we wanted down correct. Chef refused to make the missing dishes as he said they where sent out and people do this to get free food witch is an understandable concern however we still paid for the two dishes and didn't get them so those waiting at home didn't get there food. I don't understand the logic as we paid 60 pound for the Chinese, why would we come all the way back for two free dishes? To let our food that was correct get stone cold? Not to mention one was wrong anyway? And when replaced was still wrong. Very poor food quality aswell. one example would be spring rolls dripping in grease to the point it's not fit for eating.Never usually leave review on anybtinf but this was very disappointing and frustrating as we paid for everything to be accused of coming back looking free food.

Called in while passing through Maghera, scruffy place, no take out menus, only menu board to view with no prices, staff not great, decided to move on and no bother, more effort to accommodate customers with an appropriate menu to include prices or at least a take out menu
