Very good shop and staff are very helpful have only one complaint guy at the butchers needs to get some customer training .you can't ask him anything seems to think he's just there to cut meat and put it on shelves if you ask him to do anything you would think you had asked him to do your shopping for you never has a smile put you off going near him can't think why they have a butchers when you can't even get a civil reply

So disappointed with hot food for lunch time trade. Chips had been re-fried and not fresh. Chicken wrap had 2 goujons and a cheese slice. Worst food I've ever had.

Having some work done and making more room, And the staff are quite pleasant. And I shop there quite regular? However the price off some items like bread, milk, and flora, could be a little cheaper ?

If here would be possible mark zero stars I would. Had absolutely shocking experience this evening on checkout. Its not first time I'm getting cold shoulder and sarcastic comments that's why I decided to write on.That (lady)on checkout is shouting for training or she shouldn't be working with customers at all.I will write attachment to this comment with hers name as I don't want make rest of staff suffer from bad comment. She just shouted at me and pointed to go to last till but girl who was serving on that till was busy with another customer. Here I am with toddler in my hands and full basket with groceries in middle.On my question where I suppose to go, she just said something to customer she was serving and laugh.Im shopping in that shop every day and constantly from hers side I'm getting rudeness out.This time she made me feel very bad on front off all customers and its not acceptable. Disappointed.Amanda is hers name.Rude lady.

Literally the worse experience ever this morning at the hot food counter the woman is lacking serious coustomer service. Not the first time she has been cheeky either while getting food. Would put u off getting food at this store. Absolute joke. Management would need to have a word or atleast give her training on how to be a nice person, but that's not possible for some people these days.

Quite literally in this store every single day. Wouldn't shop anywhere else! The staff are so friendly, approachable and caring.Had a long day and stupidly left my bank card in the store. Sinead went above and beyond, and brought the card to me. Enjoy shopping everytime I visit, and the staff make that possible ???? the best store to in lurgan ?? thank you guys x
