I'm in this Spar nearly every morning I find the staff very friendly and most helpful.. Great value in store.. The shop is also looking great after it being newly refurbished.

Since shop has been revamped tje store is much better inside but customer service has all but evaporated. I have just shopped here and the lady who served me told me how much i owed and walked away to end of counter i tapped my card and she didnt return!Impersonal service is a thing that now has become too common and on my last three visits felt that staff are more interested in chatting to each other !

Nothing is a bother to them I love the hot food deli as does my kids I can go in here and do a full week's shop which I have done many times and they always have great buys on ?

Good shop with helpful staff but the shop is often too cold, in need of refurbishment and the doors do not work.

The customer service is this shop is excellent. I was in a few weeks ago and the 2 guys who served me and carried my groceries out to my car ?. I defo highly recommend this shop for helpfulness.. Friendliness.. I think the guys names are Peter or Matthew and Ross. Since use gave me excellent service I have been back every Friday getting my groceries instead of going to the larger Retail Stores. Xxx
