I?ve had a great experience with Quicklet, and Jasmin in particular has been amazing throughout the whole process.
We viewed a few properties through Quicklet, and every time the team was professional, helpful, and quick to respond, even when I was constantly chasing them to help get something sorted for my father on a tight timeline.
Jasmin went above and beyond, even getting in touch on her day off to make sure everything was moving along and nothing was missed. She was consistently helpful, kind, and on top of everything.
The referencing process was also straightforward compared to other agencies I?ve dealt with, which made things much less stressful.
I?d highly recommend Quicklet, they genuinely care about helping people, and that makes a big difference. Huge thanks again, especially to Jasmin, your support really meant a lot.

I would avoid this letting agency at all costs, I've never been so belittled in my life to get a deposit back after years of being a tenant. Almost impossible to communicate with when following up any issues and constantly the phones are off due to staff training but when you walk into the shop their sat having a coffee watching tiktok LOL if you want a peaceful life id take a miss on this one. *im entitled to my own opinion*

This was my first time viewing a property with Quicklet. The Agent I dealt with was very friendly and answered any questions. They are also quite quick in keeping you up to date on the progress of your application. I would recommend Quicklet to anyone looking to rent or buy.

After viewing the property once my daughter and her boyfriend where accepted for the flat.The previous occupants had beds in the living room which did make it difficult to get an idea of the condition of the flat .When they recieved the keys they discovered mould .The shower leaking through the wall and despite being told at viewing and again when recieving the key to the property that the landlord would remove any unwanted furniture this has proven to be untrue.They are stuck with a sofa that is taped together a mattress that is only fit to have a match set to it .
To add to this we where informed that the flat had been cleaned between tennants .Clearly untrue .Cupboards full of old plates etc and the floors and bathroom dirty
Finally as stated the previous occupants where at least 5 people judging by the number of beds during veiwing only one key has been handed in
