I bought the most beautiful Emis shoes and matching bag for my son's wedding at Millars. I was served by the most beautiful, friendly helpful assistant called Abigail who made the whole experience so lovely and easy. I was so dreading it. She picked the shoes I bought in the end, as I hadn't noticed them. The range of wedding shoes is just outstanding and to be honest I wouldn't think you would need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Millars for wedding/ occasion wear shoe shopping. Well done to you all at Millars. It was such a delight to shop there. Thank you so much.?

Brought my little girl to get measured. She got really upset as didn't want measured. Screaming the shop down, when Grainne appeared. She was so so good to my daughter. Got her smiling & talking in no time. Between Grainne & Amy we ended up having a very positive experience in Millars. Thank you girls ?

Have been shopping here for years. Went yesterday to get school shoes for my eldest son, with me was my over excitable Bernese mountain puppy. The staff welcomed her with open arms and the owner Gary was amazing, he has a lot of patience. And I got the pleasure of meeting his two beautiful dogs. The shoes are the highest quality and nothing is too much bother.

Returned shoes, received by Millars 25 June and it is now 10 July and my refund still is not in my account
I will never order from Millars shoe shop again. I try to support local shops but unfortunately not this one.

Went to the store yesterday with jim and asked the store assistant for the shoes I was looking for. Couldn't have been more professional with a very friendly attitude and excellent customer service. Definitely worth a visit if you require good quality shoes at a reasonable price. Good parking facilities too.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you have any intension of returning goods as you will not get a refund.They are fine whilst taking money but not when refunding as can be seen from other such reviews.I have an email from them which agrees I adhered to their somewhat measly 14 day return policy (from date of order and not from the date of receipt of goods) but was only offered ?as goodwill an online credit?I tried to discuss this with them but the manager was always away and did not return my calls. Despite giving them plenty of opportunities to sort this matter they have not made further contact.I do not ever write reviews but I don?t want others to experience this poor service.
