In the past several months I have ordered from this MC Donald's and always had issues with delivery. My fries and dips in my order would be missing and when phoning the delivery driver (both Uber and just eat) they would tell me it was a MC Donald's issue and to phone them. Today I phoned and no one answered like previous times so I called down to find out what was going on.
Thankfully they redid my whole order and gave me everything I ordered but it's mad I had to go to the restaurant and couldn't get through on the phone. Seems like a common thing as a delivery worker was talking to me about it. If ordering food from here note you might have items missing and if you want to get them or a refund just eat will ask for picture proof and you can be refunded from there.

Very sad to get inside of lurgan restaurante and notice the team member standing having a good chat with friends and all tables dirty this happen at 17:35pm on 03.03.2025 management should have actions to improved the client experience.

Very bad service and rude staff, they think that giving free food as the customer is beggars.
Most of the times missing food in the order, and wrong food, long waiting time.

Such a bad experience left for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get absolutely nothing, ridiculous, don?t know how to properly deal with Just Eat machine! Always cold and wrong food when ordering, that was my last time trying to give it a chance.

For the last 7 deliveries I have found that at least 1 item would be missing tonight there was 2 drinks and a burger n drink which obviously is a usual thing which cost money and there is no where to request my money back for these items

The Burgers are cold, the outside is warm and the inside is cold and fries are not properly cooked. I wish they could be more like the MC Donald's up at the abbey center there food quality is the absolute best I've ever had from a MC Donald's. Please do better !!

Got food from a drive thru and when I got home I was missing food items tried calling up but couldn't get through. Just inconvenient when I'm tired and just want to eat my food.
