If you are trying to rent a property, use someone else. Martin Anderson had about 5 properties we were interested in. Tried to phone on numerous occasions, no answer. Sent an application through to apply for a viewing, no response. So walked up and called into their office, spoke with Una, who had no interest. Palmed us off saying that 2 of the properties were not ready, and didn't know when they would be ready. Una said that she didn't receive an application but when she check her emails she had and said that she would need to check with the owner if we could view....Still waiting to be told if this is possible!!!! We asked Una if there were any other properties and were told no, to be told when we went to another agency that she had another property in Lurgan in our price range, which she did not mention. Awful service. I would have said something about this terrible service when I was in, but they have so many properties for rent I didn't want to ruin our chances of getting one so I kept my mouth shut, but we got sorted so just wanted to let other people know to not use this company as they are useless and don't really care, customer is down there on their lost of priorities.

Very rude no manners in the phone very racist agency they only rent to Irish people no immigrants don?t waste ur time calling to this racist agency they asked many questions worst than police very racist ignorant people

Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Can be difficult to access sometimes; current COVID situation doesn't help.
