Lidl's would rather compel their staff to ask redundant questions at the checkout, rather than sorting out the real problem of the long waiting times and lack of self service.

Excellent service. I was looking for some Parkside items and the manager could not have been more helpful (I believe she covers Lisburn and Lurgan) stopped what she was doing went and sought out the answers. Couldn't get an answer straight away from head office due to the time of night but then followed up with me the next day once she had the answer. Nothing was too much trouble. Phenomenal knowledge of the products too. Thank you.

I personally feel quality of food has gone down and prices up, still worth a look but only for some stuff.

The prices are way too high - for roughly 5 items I payed £15. As well as that, the queues are time-consuming and mind-numbingly long. You could wait in a queue for 15 minutes with one item. When someone finally decides to open a new till, an employee doesn?t arrive for at least another 10 minutes. There is no self-checkout which wastes both employees? and customers? time, and overall, there is a lot which could be improved at this store.

I visited Lidl Lurgan at **Pinehurst Retail Park** and I was very impressed by the variety of products they had. Car parking was free. Parent and baby friendly and disabled parking. They also had an electric charger for EV's. The staff was polite and friendly and the prices are very reasonable. The store was clean and well-organized, and I found everything I needed. I would highly recommend Lidl Lurgan to anyone looking for quality and value. ?????

Excellent offers excellent prices coffee at front door machine only £1 staff are reasonably friendly fresh bread etc everyday would suggest you go in early morning not to be disappointed plus they have a app you can save a little money

I shop in Lidl on a regular basis and call most mornings to grap something for a teabreak. Unfortunately this is were Lidl fails. I usually find I'm standing in a queue with one or two pastries and in a rush to get to work. Some people will let you in front, others won't. Self checkout would certainly be a help.
