We went sale agreed on our first home in January with Kingham, and from day 1 they have included us in all the updates and guided us throughout the process. I can honestly say that not only were they professional but they genuinely went above and beyond to make this process easier for us!

Disappointed with this estate agent, paid deposit for a new build. Told at the time the deposit was fully refundable as long as no fixtures fittings were chosen we could cancel and have the deposit back. They were aware we had sale agreed on our home and we advised ours buyers of the approximate moving date. No contact from the estate agent for months, had to chase them and then told wrong info that there was a two month delay. We had to buy another home as at risk of losing our own house sale. When we asked for the deposit back they quoted the terms and conditions saying in the agreement you only get back 50%. Why tell people things verbally then go back on your word. I see the new builds still do not look ready 3 months after the date we were told.

Julie, Clodagh and the entire Kingham team were absolutely fabulous with regards to their personable approach, efficiency dealing with the whole process and regular updates and reassurance to us as clients. They really made the journey much easier for us and we had total trust in them.

Bought a property from Kingham?s and honestly from start to finish the service and help I?ve received has been amazing. All the staff have really helped and guided me through everything that was needed. They consistently went above and beyond to help me get the place I needed. To me Julie consistently went above and beyond for me every time I needed anything. She was extremely knowledgable about the areas the houses were in and with the work needed in each house etc. She?s a great asset to Kingham.
I feel terrible only mentioning Julie as the other staff, for example, Clodagh and Kerri were all so helpful too. They all communicated with me in regard to the stages of the sale and followed up when needed. Thanks to everyone in the office.
