Very disappointed by the level of customer service at the Lurgan shop. Bought a suit, when I got it home the pocket lining was totally frayed and detached from the suit. No satisfaction from the shop when I returned the jacket for replacement and no offer of a refund either.

Took my son in to hire a suit for his formal and Lindsay sorted him out brilliantly. Service was first class and there was lots for him to choose from. Many thanks.
