Superb gym. First class professional instruction in all classes and with added fun. Early booking essential as classes book to capacity fairly quickly. Ultra modern equipment and extensive range of activities mean you?ll always find something to suit.

Just finished my zumba fitness class with sonia - loved it! Great energy in the class and its fun as well as burning off loads of calories. Sonia makes exercise enjoyable again ?????
