Always liked Lurgan Dominos but it has gone badly downhill.
Ordered and paid for collection via the app tonight, it was only a personal veggie volcano for a quick bite as I was in a bit of a rush, time said 15 mins I thought perfect, headed in about 10 mins later, gave my name and asked the girl for a sprite, she tried to charge me again for the pizza that I had already paid for as well as the Sprite but no big deal.
Some time passed, people came and went with their big large pizzas sides etc and I was still there standing waiting for my little personal pizza, but while I was waiting I had a good nosey up where all the pizza action is, not only was the place feeling really dirty and cluttered, but it started to become apparent how unhygienic it really was, all I could see was naked hands handling all the meat, cheese, dough etc, not a glove in site, touching screens then handling food ughhhh, it felt so unhygienic that I had to cancel the pizza and leave.
Please start taking food hygiene more seriously, it's rather disgusting

I was placing an order on the phone due to the domino?s app being faulty! And the UNMANNERED woman hung up on me mid order after asking her a simple question. I asked if the voucher on the app still applied and instead of saying no, she hung up on me and proceeded not to answer the phone and put me on hold when I called again.
This is very unprofessional and shows a lack of care towards customers.

Ordered for delivery, checked we were in delivery range at time of order, order never arrived. Phoned and told order was cancelled, told we were out of delivery area despite having had a delivery in the last two weeks, and told by staff that they had phoned to inform us the order was cancelled which they had not. Very disappointing.

Ordered two pizzas and some NON spicy wings and cookies and two drinks but they ?forgot? one of the pizzas and didn?t bring the chips and made the wings spicy and forgot two dips. The delivery driver wasn?t any help

It's getting worse and worse. Tracked my pizza progress, it was sitting on the shelf "quality control" for more than 10min. Unsurprisingly when my pizza finally arrived, it was cold. I'm very dissatisfied as prices went up but quality went down.
