After dealing with multiple different issues with multiple different agencies whilst trying to find our first home the team at Apex offered us all the guidance and advice possible, within a week of our initial application we were holding the keys to our new rental property. Recently went to house viewing with my spouse and the agent was extremely helpful and professional.
General experience with estate agents has been mediocre at best but Apex property agency makes every effort to make the buyer feel understood and valued. I would recommend them to all tenants, homeowners, sellers and buyers.

Apex recently sold our property and from the first meeting Terry was the essence of professionalism. He knew the market so well and his strategy for selling was first class.
