I've shopped here alot over the years but was appalled by the lady who came up to while I was on the phone and said were just getting ready to close. I looked at the time and it was 7.46. As I was walking out the door another staff member was telling a lady we're closing in 2-3 minutes again this was at 7 50. I work in retail too and would never dream of doing anything like this. Very bad customer service I won't be rushing back!!

I had to use the public toilet in store . The toilets were filthy and at the urinals the floor was wet. From a dripping pipe above urinal . Went to was hands no hot water . And no soap in dispenser. I don't know the cleaning company is .. they need to teach these cleaners how to do there job

Worst Tk maxx customer service and chasing customers out 15 minutes before closing time, saying it?s company policy. Can?t do last minute shopping because staff will literally be breathing down your neck as if the store is going to explode if any customer leaves the store a minute later.
Been to all kinds of Tk maxx?s but this one is the worst!
