This Tesco's is known as quayside. Smaller than the one In the waterside. This store is not 24-7. Small store,s next to it as well that you might need.

come here quite often usually no problems however tonight went in n the security guard followed straight back in and the first thing we picked up he was straight over telling us how how he was watching it was a birthday card we had in our hands then he followed us saying are you gonna buy anything damn right when i was leaving i went up to him all i can say is you need to make sure the security guards know what there at i?ve never stole in any tesco ascross the world ever i was dressed in formal wear and everything NEED TO MAKS SURE THEY TARGET THE CORRECT PEOPLE! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!

Wasted my time going around and getting my shopping because even though I was in the queue for the self check out, I was directed to go to the tills as it would be quicker only to end up having to abandon my shopping because a member of staff refused to accept a picture of my clubcard that I asked my boyfriend to send me because I forgot my card at home and didn't want to have to come back since I was passing Tesco anyway on way home and he has sent a picture many times before and it has never been an issue, she said she would get in trouble so I said to cancel the shopping and I'll go back to self check out and put it through then noone will get in trouble, she cancelled the food and sat it behind her and just looked at me, it's been a long day at work, didn't have the energy to debate anymore about it so just went out of the shop, sainsburys it is!

We were in the tescos and we live in republic of ireland so we have a republic club card and the lady at the till refused service without a northan clubcard and then we went to a second till and asked a kind lady to use her club card and then the lady from the previous till comes over to the other lady at the till and says is you serve that woman you will me sacked. Now i think this is completely unacceptable behaviour to not serve a customer because they dont have a northan club card, we will not be coming again terrible service!
