I absolutely love my hair! Carol Ann did a beautiful touch-up on my balayage, and it looks so fresh and natural. She always knows exactly what I want and makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair ? highly recommend!

I had my appointment with Carolann and felt really well looked after. She attentively listened to my thoughts and desires for my hair cut and was very patient. We spend lots of time chatting about the various options and she offered honest advice regarding what was best for my hair type. It's been nearly 3 months now since my haircut and still no complaints. Looking forward to returning soon!

WOW! What a fantastic experience! I walked out feeling fabulous, hair shining and smooth! Carolann really knows what she is doing and really cares about her clients looking and feeling their BEST!! Highly recommend!!

I found the place very expensive though the service is very poor I booked for my daughter who is 10 years old and for myself colouring and blow-dry
They washed my hair and my daughters with cold water and they knew the boiler was broken when I rang and confirmed my appointment never mentioned the issue until the last minute the water was cold and I had no option but to say no to cold water after all they charged me £110 and for my daughter £40
The girl who did my hair was not even bothered about what was happening and said I am sorry I will do special treatment next time ????
I was very angry and left the salon. I would not recommend it to anyone or I would not be returning to that horrible place moreover my daughter mentioned to me Mummy please do not take me ever to this place again

I found the place very expensive. I booked a childs cut online for my 14 year old daughter. She mainly wanted her fringe trimmed and her ends tidied up.When it came to settling the bill they told me that my daughter isn't a child as this stops at 12, and that for her cut it would be £40. £40! For a trim? We were there for 45 mins and that included the waiting around. I would say they are overpriced for what they offer. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

My second time visiting suede this year but won?t be returning. Lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating. I booked under a stylist online however another stylist had to wash my hair with cold water who complained the whole time about her personal problems and how much she wanted to go home. There seemed to be a bad vibe amongst staff, two staff members asked the lady washing my hair to do something then stormed off saying ?am I black?.During my cut, the stylist left 4 times for a total of 20 mins to talk to someone on the phone, cut another clients fringe, say bye to their previous client and to say hello to their next. Same as my last visit, they push hard to try and sell you product that they use. My hair was cut too short, the stylist more less did their own thing and gave me a fringe. No finished styling even though I paid for the most expensive stylist. The stylist then told me to come back before Christmas and wanted me to book an appointment there and then. I never felt so undervalued, I left the salon feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I have no doubt that being left for 20 min in a cold salon with damp hair and getting my hair washed with cold water is the reason I am now dying with the flu. I never had to write a bad review before but can?t let this experience go!

Have been attending this salon for longer than 10 years. I love going here. I get a lovely welcome. My favourite drink is remembered and i love the way i hair feels and smells after every time i leave. Premium products used and a very knowledgable team.
