I was in on 13/05/24 and bought a sandwich and a large coffee I mentioned to the girl I want to use my app after I noticed she used her app to take my advantages she didn't know that I noticed..so then I asked for an extra shot knowing it was free because I'm a gold member so she scanned my app to which it didn't make any difference to my balance nor did I get the shot for free she told me the price and then I knew I was had! Unfortunately I didn't say anything but I did say to my friends that was with me they wanted to complain to which I said I'd do it my way. I hope you can make some kind of investigation on this matter.

A good Starbucks in Derry. The service is very good and the coffee is your standard Starbucks coffee, nothing amazing but you know what to expect. Staff are lovely and, unlike the other two Starbucks premises in Derry, they clean the tables quite regularly.Parking: Paid parking lot for the shopping centre

Good service lovely coffee.Also, I was so very impressed with one of the baristas (August) using the sign language with one of the customers! ? ?Well done Starbucks!

For a coffee company the coffee isn't very nice, a basic Americano shouldn't be difficult

The staff were really lovely. Unfortunately the place was not too clean, tables not cleared off despite it not being busy and having 4 staff on; bits of rubbish on the floor. The coffee wasn't properly made and was sloppily served (spilled over half of the cup on the outside). If the staff weren't so nice it would get one star.
