Got two pairs of glasses after losing my last one the frame I decided on at the start didn't fit so the fella helped me pick a different frame, went and collected my glasses today the frame I have is the one which doesn't fit and I was told to pick another one, the team didn't check the fit of them on my head so they dig into my nose and the side of my head and ears and the sunglasses dig into the ears. Rang them and was told they'd ring me back but rang my emergency contact. Will never use again

I had a really great experience at Specsavers in Derry. I went in for an eye test and from start to finish, the service was excellent. The two staff members I dealt with were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything feel straightforward and took the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciated. It was a relaxed and welcoming environment, and I left feeling confident and well looked after. Highly recommend!

Went for my first eye test in december was meet at the door and very little waiting time staff was perfect couldn't do enough for me had my glasses a week later great job

My glasses are not good. I tried wearing them for about a month and I can only describe them as having to keep cleaning a scum or grease off them! Got fed up and put them away and went back to just wearing my scratched ones.

Went for my eye test today and had to pick new glassesAndrew had the patience of a Saint.Nothing was a bother to him ,even when I changed my mind last minute.The lady who did my eye test was lovely as well.Great experience. X
