I had to return a power tool that I'd bought there, it was over heating and losing power, they changed it, no question. Good stock of inventory and can usually get items that are not in stock within a day or two.

Placed an order for a pair of boots click and collect next day collection 3 days later still nothing had to go elsewhere paid a bit extra but worth it what happened to the days when you went into a store paid for something and walked out with it nowadays if you need something you have to order it a week in advance
