I order a handbag on 15th December for my fiancée and was told it would be here on or before 19th December as it was a Christmas present and something she was really looking forward to getting. I went to this store on Christmas Eve to collect it and was just told "it's not here yet". That was it, the staff were so ignorant.... read full comment
