I had just finished cancer treatment and was getting a lot of flowers sent to me , I received a bouquet from quiggs after two days the flowers were starting to die , two other bouquets that are in the same room are still very fresh very disappointed with quiggs especially when their flowers are so much more expensive than other flower shops

I placed a Christmas order for my parents grave (£150). I was very specific about the order details however the order wasn't correct. I returned to the store in the hope that the issues would be easily rectified! Instead I was shouted at and accused of lying by the apparent store manager and receptionist! They also refused to disclose details of how to make a formal complaint Shame on you Quigg florists!

I've received flowers from this florist twice within the last 7 months both times they didn't last longer than 2 days. Lillies in one bouquet didn't were sent as bud and didn't even open. Wouldn't use again, I don't think the flowers are actually fresh, I got better quality from cheaper florists in Derry

I knew I was so late in placing an order for birthday flowers to be delivered on the same day. I was told that they would be delivered 1st thing next day. Hence my surprise when my friend rang me to thank me for my flowers not even 2hrs later. I am over the moon to know that the flowers made her day. Thanks to Quiggs Florist for you great service. I ordered flowers at 12 noon on friday for no flowers delivered by clise of business - i then rang the next day to enquire etc after a long day if phonecalls and being left on hold and then line busy at 5.00pm had to cancel my order they said they would refund my money but when i rang to see if this had been done i was left on hold and line was constantly busy when i tried to get thru never ever again

Half the flowers were already wilted and you could actually see that they chose some flowers and just took off the bad parts of them. It was a large bouquet and mum only kept about 40% of it because the rest were wilted. It says roses are guaranteed for 5 days however I don?t even think they will last two. My aunts bought them for my mum so I?m not sure how much they were so I can?t comment on value for money.
