The way that people described the Primark resulted in a very disappointing visit.This Primark is small, does not have many options and is quite limited. The staff were friendly and all but the hype people create around Primark here is overboard.The Belfast store is much bigger and has a wider variety of items.I don't want to take away from the team but one thing I did not like was the way management were discussing the running of the store out in the middle of the floor out loud. The customers do not have to see and hear about the staffing arrangements, it was as if they were trying to look busy.When we headed to the cashier, the returns area had a lot of items and the manager was quite annoyed that staff didn't make sure that it was cleared away and angrily requested a staff member to attend. Again, customers don't have to hear about these things and there is no reason to blurt it out so loud ....Basic management is to make sure the store runs, without the customers having to hear how it is done.
