“Me and my wife were in boots yesterday to get some Christmas gifts we served by a beautiful girl called Bronagh my wife forgot her boots coupons and Bronagh went out of her way and down loaded the boots app and got are coupons for us she was also very helpful and patience helping my wife picking aftershaves and perfumes a credit to boots staff.

This kind of service that Cairan provided was excellant, and he was very pleasant and customer friendly. Well done superdrug, more staff like this needed!”

“I went in for my Niece's prescription for Chickenpox 2 weeks ago, and it was the end of the day. I'd just been at Aberfoyle to check where it had gone and they advised it was sent to Belmont, so I ran up to Belmont and saw the big queue and despite being super busy, one of the lads at the back came out from behind the counter to help people along the queue to make sure everyone was seen to. All hands on deck! He was really amicable and considerate. He checked the system and the prescription wasn't sent through by Aberfoyle. So he rang them and rerang over and again in a calm professional manner. After about 5 minutes he got through and they updated him with the script and he came over to assure me that he'd make that up then and there. So courteous, professional and considerate. Really impressed.”

“This pharmacy is one of the closest to my home and also to my GP’s surgery. I collect most of my regular medications from there.I have always found the pharmacists and staff very helpful and friendly. Waiting times are usually very reasonable.I note that they ask me for my address to check that medication is being handed to the person for which it is intended; a reassuring security practice.Covid distancing arrangements are well signposted and seem to be followed by most customers in my experience.On occasions when I ask to speak to a pharmacist one is always available and ready to offer free professional advice and I notice there is a private consultation room available although I have never used it.There is also a good range of other items on display at reasonable prices and the staff ready to help re pricing or other query I might have.There are several parking places available including a disabled one.I thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Service was excellent and the food we ordered was beyond our expectations. The food ordered was served about 20 minutes from placing our order , the reason for the time to service was very clear , everything was clearly prepared after ordering and nothing was precooked and heated when our order was placed. Their menu was ample for our needs and costs were very competitive compared to other similar places.”
