My dog took ill on Sunday 30th.I rang out of hours and spoke to a young girl whose name I did not catch ,she let me speak to the vet ,Giovanni .I could not speak highly enough of the compassionate ,professional and caring way we were looked after.Our beloved Karl had to be put to sleep.Giovanni and his assistant made an horrendous situation somewhat bearable.Thank you for your patience and kindness .Janice .

I love visiting this store and love bringing my puppy to visit the store. All the staff are so helpful and friendly and especially friendly towards the pets. A great store that has everything needed for a new pet owner or experienced pet owner.

We where in the shop today 16.10.2023 we where served by the loveliest girl what an absolutely unreal employee her name on the receipt said caoimhe she wore glasses and had red hair . She signed us up for the app helped us use are rewards vouchers and sign up for the monthly flea treatment for our cats. She was so brilliant and friendly I had to come here and give her recognition
