“Recently placed on to crutches due to a pending operation. From order online the friendly girl called within mins to tell me it was ready to collect. I literally opened the boot and the staff carried the heavy load and placed in to boot for me. Being immobile it was a massive help and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable about my new mobility situation(people tend to stare, or the opposite try to tak away my independence.your staff are very inderstanding 10/10 for the girl on the phone and 10/0 for the blonde guy in store, credit to the organistion, 10/10 overall for the Derry store”
