“My dog took ill on Sunday 30th.I rang out of hours and spoke to a young girl whose name I did not catch ,she let me speak to the vet ,Giovanni .I could not speak highly enough of the compassionate ,professional and caring way we were looked after.Our beloved Karl had to be put to sleep.Giovanni and his assistant made an horrendous situation somewhat bearable.Thank you for your patience and kindness .Janice .”

“Very very helpful and dare I say it but jolly staff who not only make you feel most welcome but are so down to earth and are always ready to answer any questions you may have as well as being completely honest if they don't know the answers. However they could stock a better range of caged bird feed as l can't seem to be able to get the proper feed for my Crimson Rosellas. Don't get me wrong as they do have a good selection but it's more for wild birds. They don't have a great selection of tropical fish but there again for a store of its size they do seem to cater for almost everyone. I have noticed a somewhat rapid turnover in staff though, why l don't know and I hate it when you get used to certain staff who you not only trust in their judgement but particularly their knowledge. The only niggling negative is the fact that while they sell many birds they unfortunately can't sex them which is a bit of a dilemma when trying to get a happy breeding pair.”
