This has got to be the worst organisation ever for send parcels ? over the course of the last month or so every parcel I have tried to send keeps getting refused because of the packaging I use and it?s the only option open to me to use the packaging that I get as it?s so much stronger than cardboard that is for sale online and the items I send are meant for outdoors and designed for heavy weathering so almost impossible to damage it and yet everything gets refused never ever again am I using Parcelforce after many years of using their services I have no choice but to completely end any more dealings with them.. I strongly recommend anyone that sends parcels with them to look elsewhere

Parcel force worldwide was useless but the staff in the Campsie depot were very helpful. I sent a parcel to Norway at the cost of almost £100 six weeks later it had not arrived and when my daughter enquired she was told it had been returned to Derry and would be destroyed if not collected quickly. This turned out to be nonsense as the parcel was still in Norway and she was eventually able to retrieve. I will never use this service again.

Terrible service, I?m waiting for a laptop to be delivered for 2 weeks. They keep posting cards through my door, even tho I have been in the house. I just found out, if there?s a failed delivery 3 times, you have to go to the depot to get it. I don?t know the ins and outs but, I?m not buying anything from eBay again which use parcel force. Too unreliable!!

Awful customer service . I paid for my parcel to be picked up on 12th June and delivered on the 14th the company. As yet it has not even picked it up from my address. I can't get to speak to a human being. The company's AI is of no assistance at all. I feel they have robed me. Is this what we can expect from parcel force and their associates. If this is read by the company can they PLEASE get in touch with me ASAP my tracking No T16292871Sarah.

Parcel sent 'delivery in 3 days'. After 10 days I threw out the receipt as item 'would be' delivered. 3 weeks later I get an email from buyer to say Parcel Force have just agreed to identify the parcel as 'lost'. I'm now £62 out of pocket reimbursing the buyer.This item should have been identified as lost in 5 to 7 days, a reasonable amount of time. Parcel Forces rules and regulations, ways of working and their website are in place to support them and not the customer.Appalling service with an appalling and overly-complex claims system. I'm using a different carrier from now on.

Started ordering kids Xmas presents one there answer thing said my parcel was delivered at 9.45 rang them up to find out parcel was back with them at the depot nothing on the card as the man hadn't time to fill it in to let me know where my parcel was at very poor service

80quid for a customs charge. Absolutely ridiculous I'm only a student and I have to pay £80 extra on top of my order. Ridiculous I'm sick of this stuff, scammed?!!!!
