Great range of food here, if you need to quickly get some milk it's here and they have a good selection of hot deli food. A sandwich bar is also here.

This is a nice store and I did not experience any difficulties with staff but the prices for food in this place are outrageous. £6.59?!!! for a disgusting box of what was supposed to be spaghetti bolognese I was shocked I expected it to be lovely but it was horrible. Bring your prices down or you won?t get any more service

I was in today and a manager with Blonde hair and an earpiece was in the store. I went to the hot food counter to order some food, and she came rushing over, stood beside me, and closely watched the girl serving the food into the container to make sure she was giving a small enough portion. I know times are tough, but this was bizarre. After about a minute of standing watching and saying nothing, she then started asking about chips, even though all the food behind the glass screen was full and fresh, including the chips. After my food was put into containers, she walked off, looking like she had little to do. This type of management will drive customers and staff away. If she was working for me, I would be looking rid of her; she is detrimental to any business with this attitude.

Absolutely disgusted at the service I received tonight! At time of payment my phone declined so I apologised to the cashier and said I was going to transfer money. Less than 1 minute into doing this and apologising again another staff member approached the till, stepping away from his own till. Rather than a "is everything OK here?" I was greeted with "are you going to be much longer!.?" in an extremely rude tone of voice. Initially I was shocked at how I was spoken to and said "no, I'm almost done" . No response he walked away back to his till. It took a second to sink in with me in regards to how I was spoken to. I told the woman that was serving me to forget about it and I left the store and will never set foot back in there, lost yourselves a sale of £100. Disgusted does not cover how I was spoken to!
