Me and my wife recently moved to Derry. We tried to apply many apartments but all we have were rejection. Until one day we walked pass by Montgomery & McCleery and a nice lady, Colette, helped us to finalise our applications and details. After a week we got a very sweet wee apartment and we really appreciate it. If you are like us, I suggest to go with M&M because they are really nice and careful, professional. By the way, it could be always better if meet and discuss in person rather on the phone.

We could not have asked for a better service from all the staff Montgomery and McCleery Estate Agents. We felt like they listened and were more than understanding to our situation. David and Ann went above and beyond in helping us with our rental property. It is perfect for our family, and the house felt like home from the moment we opened the door.
Every time we had viewed previous properties we were welcomed by Matthew, he was very professional in his approach and very helpful.
When we went into the office to sign for keys we met Collette. Again very professional and reassuring at explaining the process involved.
We can?t highly recommend the team at Montgomery & McCleery enough.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. The Montgomery team, especially my agent, Colette McDaid, was incredibly professional, responsive, and made what can be a stressful process surprisingly smooth. Not to forget, Mr Ben, taking the extra miles in the Friday evening to come to this house to solve heating and smoke alarm issues. Highly recommend! 10 Stars!

Having recently moved into a property rented through this agency, my husband and I have been really impressed with the warmth and professionalism of the team. Colette in particular has helped us find fantastic accommodation and been very responsive to queries we've had. Disgusted to say the least, my first interaction I was informed a property would not be available for viewing until February, but when I contacted in February to set up the viewing I was told it was already rented. Gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again successfully setting up a viewing for another property, but on the day, after receiving a confirmation text that morning I was told again the property had already been rented. While inshore I was also told I could submit an application which would cover me over four properties without a viewing but on calling about a property I was told I could not submit an application until I had done a viewing. After registering interest online I did not receive any communication to organise a viewing then on calling the office to set one up I wasn't given an option just a text to say this is when your viewing is. Very poor communication and staff seem to all have different ideas on how there process works
