Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive behaviour on instagram. I agreed with the vendor regarding booking a session twice, and did not hear back from them after the first message where they said "12.30 ok". I proceeded to reschedule my flight to make this appointment as I agreed to it with the vendor, and the vendor defensively messages the next day saying the session has been booked by someone else. Not a single apology or anything. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. I understand that it is a small business, but the least you can do is saying sorry for giving away a slot you had verbally agreed to give to me. Its extremely disrespectful, and the tone of the vendor in the messages were extremely defensive, despite it being an oversight on their behalf. If the session was booked by someone else, (according to them a few minutes after) - at least have the respect to let the client know. I was only told few hours before my session and now its too late to find another nail salon.
