Fitted all our carpets and laminate floor. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Good selection of carpets, always came when they said they would and perfect installation. Most recently had a herringbone laminate fitted and the finish is absolutely flawless.

Called in to get a price for a job, and one of the staff told me they would get back with the price. I phoned 3 times and left message for the person, to try and get the price but he never called me back or emailed me the quote. Assumed that my business wasn't wanted! Called another company and emailed them the details. They came back within an hour with price and we have agreed.
