Dreadful store that never opens on time. Rude and unhelpful staff who delight in only stocking shelves after the store finally opens so that aisles are obstructed by large stacks of crates and you can't reach some products. Customers need to watch sell by dates here as most are only a day or two ahead.

Great experience in M&S Staff are always very helpful in this store. Food is lovely, and i would recommend the coffee shop, which is a lovely place to stop in and have a coffee .

Great shopping with reasonable price. The small size items are hard to get, though. But hey, there are plenty available online.
Today i was doing my food shop in M&S foyleside foodhall around 12 it was extremely busy friday lunchtime when the till i was at suddenly stopped working the lady infront of me had a packed trolley full of food mostly scanned when it stopped. The fella at the till was Oran (his first day)he kept his cool put everything back in trolley and moved to another till put everything through again, meanwhile the queue was getting longer and pressure mounting....well done young man you dealt with a difficult situation extremely well if you can deal with that on your first day you'll have no bother working in the foodhall....

I was at the store today and I really didn't like the service. My husband bought himself jeans and changed them in the fitting room, I stood at him and waited for me not allowed to come in, they said that only for men, then I wanted to give my bags and I was also told that I could not. A lot of control, I was shocked by some kind of discrimination. I was just terrified of me, the salesman began to think that I wanted to decorate something ((( I'm very sad that they think so about people (in the end, my husband bought himself jeans and we left, I think we won't go back there again

Watched a shop assistant in the restaurant at Marks today take a lady who appeared to have serious sight issues.she used a sight cane, to a seat ensure that she got seated and her lunch brought to her. She then described the surroundings to the lady informing her what was to the left and right of her.seriously impressed with the level of empathy.well done that girl.

Just popped in for a coffee and found the coffee shop in a disgraceful condition. The cheerful staff were run ragged. The one star rating I've given is for the overwhelmed staff, doing their best.

Good range of clothing items and good food range also, but quite expensive on some items. Some items also have very tight dates or nearly out of date so make sure to check before you buy. Queues recently have also been very long so do prepare for that as well.
