Really annoyed by a security staff member this evening who thinks it's appropriate to raise their voice and speak in an aggressive way to a store customer. Yes, I was overheard grumbling when after being asked to hold the queue outside they forgot to come back to let people in again but then let others walk straight in without queuing. But to shout at a customer to "go and shop somewhere else then"! Well thanks, that's just what I'll do! I appreciate those who kept everything going during lockdown as we would have been lost without them, and I always make a point of saying thanks when leaving a shop, but I won't be shouted at by an aggressive bullyboy intimidating a woman as if he's rowing in the street.
