Breakfast first class, food excellent and plenty of it. Staff were courteous and helpful, special mention for Philip, he went out of his way to ensure we were well catered for, would definitely recommend Jaam if you're ever in Derry, lunches are excellent also.

Had breakfast here a couple of times last week whilst visiting and also had tea one night. Food is great, prices are competitive, portion sizes wonderful and the helpful staff outstanding.

Great selection of hot and cold dishes, suitable for everything from a small snack to a lunch or dinner. Both hot and cold drinks are available as well.
Reasonably priced and with it inside one of the cities shopping centres a good place to use as a starting place before a day of shopping.

Very nice coffee and treat with my friend in jamm Richmond centre yesterday. Loretta is a standout staff member. Very welcoming and made us feel like nothing was any bother. The blonde girl on the till was also very welcoming to us. The staff definitely make the difference in this cafe. Makes a pleasant change to see people happy in their work.

Sweet stuff is never fresh and if you get a sandwich/panini/baguette etc don't expect a few crisps or even a bit of lettuce on the side.
Drinks in fridge are never cold.

Had a carvery today first time ever trying and wont be back couldnt see the meat as server cut wafer thin 2 ice cream scoops of potatoes and 1 scoop of stuffing not to mention tinned peas for £9.95
If it had of been a decent portion like pictures you wouldnt have mind.

£11pds and 35p for one plate of two scoops of mash , turnip, peas gravy and two slices of turkey with a bottle of water . It's a cafe in a shopping centre. Ridiculous prices for a cafe

I came in to jamm to get a icecream for myself then I heard a worker doing his job, fair point but I waited 20 minutes for nothing as he seen me and didn?t come back! Disgrace but food is delicious would recommend the food, absolutely georgous, decent service and a lovely place for coffee after wasting ur money in JD and sports direct with your son ? thank you everyone
