Kristian ordered a bank card for me and 10 working days later it was still not here. All Kristian said was ?it?s Royal Mail?s fault? instead of telling me it hadn?t even been dispatched. I was told it would be 5 working days. I was also left without access to my app due to suspected fraud which Kristian could have fixed for me but didn?t because apparently I told him not to? Then I was spoken to like a 3 yr old being told off by the principal by an English woman called Hannah who had zero empathy, didn?t care at all about my circumstances and honestly was just completely inhumane the way she spoke to me! I have never experienced such poor customer service from a bank in my life!

I have been with Halifax for a few years now, and this branch has been very helpful. They are efficient and try to get you sorted in an amicable manner. They are knowledgeable about the best saving methods, ISAs and how to ensure to maintain the highest security for your account. I did a switch from another bank to this one and they do it all for you, without you having to do the embarrassing "I want to close my account" at the counter in your old bank.In terms of access for a wheelchair, the immediate entrance has accessible facilities, however, it is difficult to traverse the hills that Doire-Derry-Londonderry has, and you will require assistance from a driver/taxi/friend/passerby to get on the footpath etc. This is unfortunately the case for most of the city. You can't park directly outside, but that is the case for most of the places in the city centre. By public transport, it is extremely close to the current bus station on Foyle Street. By car the nearest car park is Foyleside, which is accessed off Foyle street and if you want to risk parking on the streets there, the nearest place would be either Carlisle Road or Ship-quay Street for an hour.
