A very good instore experience, I found the assistant very pleasant and was knowledgeable
about the items that I needed today he also advised me of care of my otems in the winter months, and the savings I can make by joining the free motoring club, which I did, and managed to save on my purchase today, I have now got my QR code to show instore to use for purchases in the future 10/10 for today's inshore experience?

The website is a disaster. When I logged on the site told me that there was no stock of anything at the store! 40 minutes on the online chat and deleting all cookies achieved nothing. I had to open an Incognito page, not logged on, just to find that the stock was available. Get it sorted Halfords.

Unhelpfully people was looking for dash cam asked in store if anyone was available to give me some input on which one was best for me I stood for 20 minutes only to observe 2 customers walk in behind me practically getting service immediately at that point I said to myself enough is enough and proceeded to walk out of store was walking past till when someone decided then to come to my assistance I turned and looked at him and simply said forget about it I'll go elsewhere and I left

I had cause to visit the store last night for car light bulbs. The man was extremely helpful and offered to fit the bulbs for me at a cost of £9 per bulb. I think this is a stinking practice. I did pay for my dipped bulb to be fitted as I was in real need as I had to make my way to the hospital in Belfast, but because I wasnt prepared to pay a further £18 he wouldn't fit the other two. My bonnet was up and he had his coat on and a torch in hand.. There is no way Halfords pay their staff £18 for forty seconds work!!

Always found this store great for cars items and advice...have bought numerous items here over the years and had staff install dash cameras in cars. Always had great advice and found the staff helpful and knowledgeable... recommend....

I recently visited Halfords Crescent Link to purchase a dashcam and I was very happy with the advice and service provided by the staff. An appointment was arranged for fitting and I was received prompt attention from Paul the auto technician who carried out the installation and guided me through using the dashcam. The fitting was very professional and very neat and I would have no hesitation in recommending Halfords Crescent Link.
