A quality, safe reliable service when it matters the Sweeneys team go above and beyond. This is a family pharmacy who looks all my family. The staff are always courteous polite and listen to issues before taking action. We are very lucky to have such good professionals looking after our health care.

Used sweeney chemist to sort out ongoing issues with my ears being blocked. Using the latest safest technology Killian sorted my ears & I can hear spot on. All the staff are friendly & helpful . Will be using this chemist in future ?

After changing pharmacy from them about a year ago I decided to go back, big mistake. First two prescriptions I turned up to collect was told they were "out for delivery" (which I didn't ask for), so instead of going there once, I'll have to go again to collect (and each time you wait 10-15 minutes while they search for your prescription). Totally disorganised at the pharmacy, lesson learned, I'll be ringing my doctor's after Christmas and changing again.Hi Killian, thanks for getting back, but that's twice, in two prescriptions) since I decided to give you another try last month, don't worry about it, I'll get it after Christmas, Happy Christmas to you, Sinead and the family.

told me their delivery driver called to my home and no answer. at the time this happened I was isolating because of covid. so if there no answer at my home either the driver was at the wrong address or I took a break from isolating to go for a walk...

My medication has had to be ordered and reordered 3 times now. Prescription medications are strewn across the pharmacy. No organisation exists here at all.I doubt that my medication hasn?t arrived, but I do believe they?ve lost it in the absolute chaos.Completely unacceptable for a pharmacy. I?ve never seen anything like it.My biggest regret is filling my prescription at this hole rather than at a reputable pharmacy.People need their medications to be healthy and get on with their life, take it more seriously.
