I went in with my engagement ring to be repaired, I was gutted when I realised it was just out of insurance. Laura went above and beyond and couldn't believe it when they rang to say it would be replaced with a new ring. Fantastic customer service in the foyleside store and went in to order my new ring today and the two girls couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you so much ??
