“Ordered food from here last night as we were staying in Sheriff mountain lodge in Derry and the food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge, we had ordered food for 5 people and could easily have fed 7/8 people, from the chicken and beef dishes to the rice and noodles nothing could be faulted- we will definitely be back next time we are in Derry.”

Has friendly staff available to help if you require where to get items you want. I have been using this shop since it first opened, especially with my mobility and my late mothers. Recently, I have been in because of a friend living in the area. Definitely would highly recommend this shopping centre to other individuals it is extremely near to various other shops that cater to a variety of items. “I was in the shop this morning with a 6 year old child who was crying to use the toilet as she had stomach cramps which had suddenly come on. We initially went to the public toilets at the side which were out of order and then took my child in to the shop to request that she use the staff toilet as she knew she couldn't hold it in. The staff were extremely unhelpful and one staff memeber before discussing it with another on radio mic, refused to let her use the toilet despite my continued request and informing that she is only 6. The significant delay resulted in my child being sick on the shop floor and she is now highly embarrassed and annoyed. It is a disgrace that on this occassion a 6 year old child who was highly upset was denied access to a toilet. Eventually after her then being sick a staff member said she could use it however at that stage it was too late. I would have regularly stopped at that shop en route to Belfast and continued to do so despite the development of the by pass however I will never give custom again and would suggest that people with children use other services as it is not a child friendly environment at all.”

“Tesco have laidout direction on the floor for guide to customers, be great if customers would follow it...but at least tesco are trying. Staff extremely helpful. Amazing product and choices. Their ff clothes range are of class standards. Kids clothes are always on some kind of offer. Its great.”

“Handy Spar supermarket, petrol station and car wash just off the A2 and before you get into Eglinton. The shop also has a cash machine, a good hot food counter and Barista coffee machine. They'll make you a lovely Bewley's coffee at the hot food counter, if you want a freshly made coffee. I recently noticed there's a Royal Mail post box near the car wash, mail picked up at 12.00 noon.”
