Went up 3 weeks ago and bought a floor display marble table and was told we would get 6 new chairs. When it was delivered a few days later 2 of the chairs were a different style and there was a rip in one of the chairs we were keeping. Had to wait another week on this damaged chair being replaced. Yet again when the new chair was delivered it was also ripped in the corner. Was asked to wait another week again. The new chair was due to be delivered yesterday. I got a phonecall around 11am from Johnny to say they couldn't source another one of the same chairs. I asked if we kept the damaged chair would there be any money off? He just laughed and said 'I don't think the damage would have much of an impact'. Definitely wouldn't recommend Glenkeen and won't be shopping here again!

I would like to compliment such an excellent service by this company and their delivery drivers. I placed an order online and received the delivery to Dublin in less than 24 hours during the Christmas period. Such an excellent service and would highly recommend this company!

Bought two items prior to their sale. Was advised several times that the sideboard was stored in their warehouse awaiting delivery of a suite which would take 3-4 weeks. Suite delivered but no sideboard. Had to contact them and was told it was damaged beyond repair in warehouse Disappointed that they did not make contact earlier but left it until I queried why it was not delivered.

Your business would do alot better if you put someone on the floor that knew what they were talking about. Robert told me the chest of drawers i wanted was available in any colour, all in stock, no problem being delivered this week. Then when i went to pay with my docket the lady asked me could i show her which piece of furniture i was paying for, colour etc because Robert didnt write any details on the docket, then i was told it wasnt in stock for 3-4 weeks. Then Johnny tried to sell me the one on display for the full price even though it was scuffed at the bottom. You could tell he was desperate for a sale. By this time robert changed his story to how he had told me it would be 3/4 weeks for delivery of the item and his attitude changed from the friendly salesman upstairs to ignorant and rude. I?ll not step foot in the place again. What a shambles!

The staff in here are amazing. So helpful in a non pushy way. Robert was great full of advice..... We only went in for a look and left with a suite!

great staff highly recommended i can say i wil be back for sure, i lost my phone in their shop 2 days ago, i had contacted them within a few hours of being within there store to see if anyone had seen it or handed it in but there was no luck, but today thankfully they contacted us to say they had came across it if we wanted to call down. i just want to say thank you again we greatly appreciate it
