This place is amazing, especially during holidays, they don?t shy away on Christmas and Halloween. They have places to eat, buy clothes, equipment, phones, everything you need! Place is very clean and connects to Fraisers for convenience. Definitely a 5 stars!

Bit confusing to go round. That's still the case. There is plenty of variety, however, in terms of stores. Always look for sales tickets, especially in Frasers.

Great shopping centre ingenious putting sofas all around so people can take a rest inbetween shopping. Very pristine clean the floors and the toilets. Lovely coffee shops.

Called at the Greggs store in this shopping centre and was totally disgusted by the service or I should say lack of it. Wife and I stood 5 minutes and where ignored by the 3 members of staff ended up walking out this store will not last long with staff like these

Please do not purchase Foyleside's gift card, as they only last for a year, (In most countries now, gift cards have no time limit!!!) and as we hadn't access to ours before it expired, the money went back to a company called EML, and NOT to the store keepers in Foyleside, which Foyleside Management told us would happen in the event of a card expiring
